Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use pixkoz — where you apply creator-made AI looks to your own photos — and how we use and protect it.
1. Introduction
pixkoz ("pixkoz," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI creative platform where you can apply creator-made looks ("spells") to your own photos, and where creators can publish looks for others to use — all from one account and one credits wallet, together with any other features we make available from time to time. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we process when you visit our website, create an account, or use our products, and the choices you have. By using pixkoz you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information You Provide
- Account information — your name and email address when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email, and avatar) in place of a password.
- Images and media you upload — the photos, portraits, and other images you submit so we can generate a result, together with the results we create for you.
- Content you create — the looks and prompts you author as a creator, and any documents, links, or other material you add to a product you use.
- Payment information — when you top up credits, payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We receive confirmation and transaction details but do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
- Payout information — if you earn creator revenue, the details you provide so we can pay you out.
- Communications — messages you send us for support or enquiries.
3. Information Collected Automatically
When you use pixkoz we automatically collect certain technical data:
- Device and browser information, and your IP address.
- Usage data — the products and features you use and actions you take.
- Log data and diagnostics used to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the products — generating your results and delivering them to you.
- To manage your account, credits wallet, transactions, and creator payouts.
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the platform.
- To improve our products and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers
pixkoz relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver the service. We share only the data needed for each purpose:
- AI, vision & language model providers — to produce your results, the images and prompts you submit, and any other content you provide for processing, may be sent to third-party AI providers. These providers process the data to return a result and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
- Cloud storage & delivery — uploaded images and generated results are stored with our cloud storage and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare R2).
- Payments — top-ups are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.
- Authentication — Google is used for optional Google sign-in.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the images you upload for advertising.
6. Your Images & Generated Content
The images you upload and the results you generate are stored so you can access them in your account (for example, in "My Casts"). Your uploaded input images are private to your account and are not shown to creators or other users; authorised pixkoz staff may access them only where necessary to operate, support, or secure the service, or to comply with the law. You can request deletion of your content as described below.
7. Data Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterwards only as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@pixkoz.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Data Security
We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and signed service-to-service requests — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
pixkoz is not intended for children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of pixkoz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact Us
